Diet Chart for weight loss

Early Morning
Four Glass of warm water or one glass lemon and  honey
Before workout
Juice before work out (Alovera / Pudina / Tulsi Leaf)
9.00 am
Breakfast
6 almond/1 cup milk with corn fakes/mixed vegetable  dalia / one bowl Pohaa / one chapati with mixed  vegetables / Carrot/ beat/ lactus / pudina / lemon juice /  ginger)
11.00 am
Snack Break
One fruit (every day different fruit)
1.00 pm to 2.00 pm
Lunch
One bowl Dahi, Mixed veg. salads / vegetable on bowl. /  one katori daal / two bhakri (Johar / Bajara) or three  chapati (Soya atta mixed chapati) / with soya atta
4.00 pm
Tea time
Herbal Tea/one cup milk / khakara / vegetable soup
8.00 pm
Dinner
Mixed vegetables / Daliya / two chapati / mixed boiled  vegetables
10.00 pm
Before sleep
skimmed milk before sleep
